Property Access
You are responsible for ensuring that we have safe and legal access to your property. This includes providing accurate property boundaries, identifying any underground utilities, and notifying us of any hazards or special conditions.
Utility Location
It is your responsibility to contact the appropriate utility locating service (such as 811) before we begin work. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or improperly marked utilities.
Livestock and Structures
If you have livestock or structures on your property, you are responsible for ensuring their safety during our work. We will work with you to coordinate timing and access to minimize any disruption, but we are not liable for injuries or damage that occur outside our direct control.
No Warranties

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Arbitration
